Summary: We were there for a family funeral so needed to have a convenient location with lots of bedrooms. While there is only one bath, they had lots of towels and it worked out perfectly.

Summary: We had to attend a wedding, a birthday party, and a "welcome new baby" party all in the same 3 day weekend. After each event we were happily curled up on the couch, sharing pics, and conversations. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear, but we only managed breakfast there. Plenty of towels and hot water for showets. We really enjoyed our weekend.

Summary: We came to Long Island for a wedding and to visit family & friends and stayed 11 nights at the property. The house was in an ideal location for us as it was close to our family members. The LIRR station at Dear Park is a short drive away for trips to NYC and JFK. The house is newly renovated and very clean on the inside. The kitchen is fully equipped, but missing a dishwasher. We used paper plates rather than wash the furnished plates. There are four fully furnished bedrooms and a living room area, but only one bathroom. Every bedroom and the kitchen had a window air conditioner. The bath and shower had modern fixtures but was missing a grab bar in the shower. The combination lock on the front door was sometimes difficult to use and when we reported it to the owner, she furnished us a key. Cynthia was very pleasant to work with and we highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the house was within walking distance of local shops. We would stay here again.
