Summary: Staff was nice and helpful. For me it was perfect bc I lived in nyc for 12 years so it felt like home. The room is like a bedroom. Took a while for the hot bath water to warm up. That’s the only thing I can think of honestly.

Summary: Staff was great. Room was clean. Price was reasonable for NYC. The mattress in my first room was great....nice and firm, but the second room I was in....the mattress was way too soft and sunk in the middle.
