Positive: This is an amazing place on the lake. I unfortunately got weather delayed so I could only enjoy 2 days stay instead of my planned 4 day stay.
Negative: The floor was not level in the house but the view was beautiful

Negative: Grass wasn’t mowed. Called Mary Ann twice to get yard mowed. She took care of getting person there to mow. Wish it had it own boat ramp.

Positive: This was my first trip to Tennessee. Your vacation home was very inviting to my family and I. The decor was fitting for the lake environment. The lake frontal views and pier was the highlight of our stay. The neighbors were to themselves and friendly. We met the neighborhood dog Pickles 🥒. Our sister got engaged here. Such a perfect setting. I got great pictures of the mountains ⛰ letting off a little steam behind the lake. Great Job on this rental! My mother was VERY pleased and that was all that mattered on our trip. Thank you for booking us. The Skiba's

Positive: Loved the location and how it fit all 12 of us (adults and kids). The owners thought of everything. We were able to hold our Thanksgiving meal for all of us. We used the washer and dryer many times. :) Great property on a lake, gave us a beautiful view in the morning and at night.
