Positive: The cabin is beautiful, well equipped, clean, great amenities, back-yard campfire & gas grill (Weber grill) were also great to have. The front porch is also very comfy, with a fan to help reduce bugs and cool down. Great for a young couple, and a romantic setting.
Negative: The cabin driveway is not too car friendly with it's incline & gravel road. It makes it difficult in a car/suv as you easily loose some traction while ascending; but it's not entirely impossible either. As for the Cabin; while it may have 11 acres, you can't really access it without a very steep climb up a hill, and it is very heavy in foliage. The cabin loft is extremely low, at center point only 6ft and a steep angle towards the sides; making it difficult for most older adults to access the bed without having to perform some serious flexing and walking in a narrow path between ceiling & flooring of apprx. 3ft to get to the side of the bed. The sofa bed, while usable; was not very comfortable for adults; good enough for young kids as long as they're not taller than 5'8" as their feet will stick-out of bed or kids on the heavier side as mattress doesn't offer too much cushion. The cabin was also stocked with all sorts of used consumable products like food, condiments, lotions, dental floss and dog food inside the refrigerator. While not a major issue for us; the front porch light fixture does not work as we tried to replace the bulb (which was in the cabin) and found none of them worked and assumed it was a fixture issue. The cabin can get extremely dark outside without some lighting; but we travel with flashlights due to where we live. There was also Mice in the cabin which caused some damage to some of our snacks & clothing as they seemed to be acquiring nesting material cause they chewed through cotton shirts (Tenn. souvenirs), shoe laces and socks. We notified our host via message pad at cabin, and have not been contacted by them on the subject. The water is also a subject to be aware of; the water is well sourced and does have a strong smell to it; not an issue for us as we have well at home and we deal with this regularly as well.
Summary: Great for young travlers; not so great for small families.

Negative: Neighbors had dogs outside barking all night for our entire stay. I know the property owners can’t help that. It still made it hard to sleep.
Summary: Enjoyable but not perfect stay.
