Welcome to Josephine in the most sought after area in all of Denver - Cherry Creek North. Hotels 1 block south are $600+/night! The most incredible dining in this entire region of the country & shopping @ Cherry Creek Mall won't be beat. Night-life options abound at Little Ollies, Forget Me Not, Cherry Cricket, Quality Italian, Del Frisco's & more! 100mbps internet free for guest use. 1 dedicated free private parking space. Smoke/vape free inside & out. Minutes from Downtown, 30 to Red Rocks. Owner stays in the upstairs separate apartment with her rescue puppy and family and does work from home - we will encounter one another more than likely or hear one another on occasion :-) Please let us know if things are too noisy! We do our best to keep upstairs noise and voices to a minimum after 10p :-) Additionally something to keep in mind, owner's utility room is on the lower level outside the guest apartment. This home was built in the very early 1900's; one of the original homes in Cherry Creek! Old home charms alongside its quirks. Lower ceilings, creaky wood floors, amazing backyard you're welcome to share! I've made lots of updates over the years, however if you're noise sensitive, a light sleeper, etc this may not be the perfect place for you! Price is reflective of all of these things :-) However, I am always available and happy to accommodate guests as best I can at your request.

Summary: My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The basement apartment is nicely furnished and well-stocked. The apartment is centrally located, just a few minutes from Cherry Creek, Washington Park, the Botanic Gardens, City Park, the Museum of Nature and Science, and ten or fifteen minutes from the Civic Center, the opera house, and all the nearby venues. The check-in process is really easy, and there is a parking spot in back, so, very convenient. Would definitely go back.

Summary: Boy, those ceilings are low. I felt like I had to bow my head down whenever I was up and walking around. I bumped my head 6 times on the low beam near the front entry. Ticked me off every time, and I left a little bruised. Access to the laundry would have been nice as I needed to do laundry twice. Lighting was a little on the dim side. The WiFi was too weak. I had to reboot multiple times when I was on it. TV options were on the weak side too. Very few channel options.

Summary: I knew this was a basement department, but I didn’t expect it to be as dark as it was. The pictures are deceiving. They need better lighting and/or brighter bulbs. Additionally, you hear every single thing upstairs in the house, including conversations, so it was miserable trying to sleep each night. Summary: The property was okay, the host was very nice...but it is definetley not capable of accomodating 4 people...two people at max. It only has one bed and a very small pull-out bed from a very small couch. The towels in the cupboards smelled old and musty. There was an issue with the Internet/Wi-Fi...despite the property manager's attempts to fix it, the problem persisted. Additionally, unfortunatley there was constant noise from above, including banging, footsteps, and crying which made it challenging, especially considering the price.
