Positive: The location is great. That is primarily why we stayed there. We have stayed there once before. It’s a nice hotel, but now needs some tender loving care. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, there was plenty of room (I paid extra).
Negative: I particularly dislike hotels that charge a “resort fee” on top of an already expensive room charge. This hotel also charges a percentage of your visa/MC bill to you. How many people pay cash for their hotel room? The staff was pretty indifferent to the clients overall. The towels were threadbare and some should just be thrown away. The air conditioner wasn’t working well, the toilet wasn’t flushing properly, the sink stopper didn’t work well. This hotel is not worth all the money they charge, esp with the add on charges.

Positive: Room was nice, bed was comfortable, location was great.
Negative: Only issue was we had to move rooms in between our stay as there was a plumbing problem in our 1st room and we couldn’t shower so had to switch rooms late at night. Staff was nice but not overly helpful or happy to accommodate everything.
Summary: Overall the hotel was nice and in a great area. It is a hip scene with lots of high traffic. Seems like a popular hotel
