Summary: The room was ok, the bed covers and throw pillows were dirty. The rest of the room was ok except for the strong chemical cleaning products smell, we even opening the room windows but it didn’t dissipated. The staff was not very friendly.

Summary: We stayed in one of the houses. It was great value compared to an air bnb in a similar location, the entrance was safe and not on a main road and allowed 2 families with 4 children to stay. Only criticism would be no heat pumps but there were adequate heaters and extra bedding. Great location close to city centre. Would stay again

Summary: Bathroom and shower tiles were so slippery I had a really nasty fall, when I suggested non slip I was just told "thank you for your feedback" There should have been an incident form filled out for my injury. Advertised equipment was missing, when i told them I was just told "oh well it should be" People partying behind my unit until 1 am.
