We’re located right at the tip of Michigan Avenue in Gold Coast, one of Chicago’s most picturesque and safest neighborhoods. Our neighborhood is a wonderful mix of bustling streets packed with local restaurants and shops, as well as quiet tree-lined streets full of historic buildings. We’re minutes away from many of Chicago’s most popular spots.
Although shops and restaurants are only a short walk away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Because of our central location, we recommend leaving your car at home. Any point of interest in Chicago can easily be reached by walking, public transit, or Uber. The Clark/Division Red Line 'L' train station is three blocks from our building.

Summary: We were close to everything. Condo was well equipped, be helpful to tell there was a Keurig. Futon is ok for sleeping, not for sitting on. No real comfortable furniture in living room. King bed is good, sheets are old and flimsy. Strange motor humming sound in the bedroom. Bathroom was good, clean. No bathtub plug.

Summary: It was so easy! There's parking right down the street that was cheaper than anywhere else, the hosts were great and Very responsive, close to Tons of fun, will definitely come back!

Summary: What an exceptional property! Perfect for a two-person getaway. It's right around the corner from shops and restaurants in the terrific Gold Coast neighborhood. Beautiful, modern decor with vintage building charm. It is very safe, quiet and comfortable - we got great sleep here. The host was communicative and everything was very easy. Definitely plan to come back to this gem!

Summary: I didn’t realize when I booked this unit that I would have to carry my luggage up two flight of stairs. Unit is spacious, bathroom is a little tight the only issue I experienced was NOISE, first two nights it was the heater (I think) the last night I could hear foot steps from above and on the early morning of Monday it sounded like construction. Location is great if you want to be steps from high end shopping and restaurants.

Summary: Great amenities, great location, spacious and comfortable. Check in a few days prior was difficult as the owner/manager didn’t message me or email me back… I had to call VRBO to have them investigate. Once they were made aware, smooth sailing from then on. Also, they listed a jacuzzi on site which was an error,and that was disappointing as I planned on that. Overall, despite these two things, great place ti stay!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! We were visiting Chicago for a fun weekend trip to celebrate our anniversary. The location was on a quiet street but within close walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and very quiet in a beautiful, historic building. We highly recommend Tempo Cafe for breakfast. On our last morning in town, we actually saw Larry David, Jeff Garlin and Susie Essman at brunch there!
