Summary: This home was absolutely wonderful! All we needed for the week. The owner, David, made himself available as we were getting ready for our vacation. He was also available (via text message) to greet us upon arriving. David checked in to see how things were and promptly responded to the couple of questions that we had. We will surely be booking again in the future. The home is a prime location to enjoy the gulf within a few minutes walk and without a crowded beach!

Summary: The place was amazing! Truly phenomenal. Too bad the beaches had to be closed due to currents and sharks. Bright side, we got to enjoy more of the house!

Summary: House is in a great location close to the beach access. You can walk but we typically loaded up the back of a truck with all our chairs and coolers and parked at the beach access point. This section of the beach wasn't too crowded! The layout of the house is made to hang out! The back porch, dining and living room are all together and very nicely decorated. Very clean when we checked in and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was nice after some beach days for swimsuits and towels. David the host was very responsive and made sure to communicate extra details as needed.

Summary: My family including my in laws, stayed at this beautiful home. Had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The hosts were great with great communication. Everything being on one floor was essential for my in laws. We would definitely stay here again!!

Summary: We had a great time at David’s house. He was super responsive! The house was beautiful and was decorated well! We rented a golf cart which I would highly recommend doing. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed, and we loved the area. The furniture was super comfy too and there was plenty of seating!! Would highly recommend!

Summary: From the beginning everything was great. David was very good about communication prior to our stay. When we got there the house was everything we expected. It was clean, very comfortable and had all we needed for a week stay. Very close to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our spring break. It was me and my daughter’s friends. They had a wonderful Senior year spring break. I recommend it 100%.
