The Space:
The main spaces of this 80 sqm|861 sq ft. apartment :
- A contemporary and luminous open-plan living space with unique decor and some plants for a splash of green and a cheerful vibe!
- There's a nice comfy sofa and seating area near the window where natural light seeps in during the day, illuminating the space and a large flatscreen Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- Beyond, a little dining area is set up like an outdoor eatery with two round cafe tables and some chairs to enjoy a meal at home or wind down with a glass of wine after a long day.
- There are two high bar stool chairs at the "breakfast bar" at the kitchen counter. Check underneath and find a grand surprise! There's a washer/dryer down there! This is an added convenience that is free to use for our guests. There's an iron and ironing board as well to press your clothes for a business meeting or night out!
- Moving on to the fantastic and fully-equipped kitchen that has all the appliances needed to prepare meals at home.
- As you head to the bedrooms, you pass two unique details, a bench to sit on and remove your shoes & wood hooks to hang your bag, coat or hat!
- Across from these details is the full bathroom that is sleek and functional with a toilet, vanity area and spacious stand-in shower. There's a hairdryer provided too. And don't forget the apartment has a smaller half bath for added convenience.
- Onto the bedrooms with queen-sized beds and their own wonderful and unique decor. Designed to be stylish and exude great energy and yet functional and comfortable. Both rooms have their own desk setup for remote workers, students, or business travellers. Having a laptop-friendly workspace while away makes all the difference!
You will find this place in the Belair district to be a highlight of your visit! With supermarkets, restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy and more just across the street and with Luxembourg city centre a 5-min walk away but yet far enough to have peace and quiet in your accommodation.

Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you'll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment.
