Summary: We were a group of 3 moms and 1 Grammy staying with our three 15 year old sons for a baseball tournament from Wednesday to Sunday. Our baseball tournament was kind of a bust, but our stay was a home run! It was the perfect location, easy access to the neighborhood pool, and great to come back to relax and hangout! So much better than a hotel and less expensive when sharing the cost! Our boys are interested in the University of Arkansas and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again if/when they make a visit! Thanks for the home away from home!!

Summary: The property was just what we needed. My son and his family stayed with my husband and me. Another son lives in Springdale. The house was well designed and decorated, the kitchen was well stocked with all the that was needed for ordinary cooking. The kids were able to take their kids to the U of A for a while to see their names on the sidewalks there.. They visited one of the ponds nearby to fish and a nearby splash pad to splash , They also visited a couple of museums, and a park. It was a very pleasant stay without a lot of stress to get where we wanted to go. The host responded quickly when I had a question about what was available in the house. We had no problems but knew our contact was a phone call away any time. This is a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice place to stay with the feeling of home but out of the hustle and bustle of Northwest Arkansas.

Summary: This property was exactly as listed/pictured. This home was very clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen was excellently stocked with dishes/pans/utensils. There was a laundry room as well to use. There were snacks left for us as well. We will definitely put this on our list of homes to stay in when we return to the area.
