The Apartment has its own Private Entrance and facilities include a full kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with a freezer compartment. There is also a compact laundry including washing machine and dryer.
The Bathroom has a luxurious curved shower, wall hung vanity. Not to mention the fluffy towels, his/her bathrobes and a range of toiletries for your use.
The living area includes the main entrance, a separate Dining area and lounge with sliding door out to private patio area and gardens beyond.
The Master bedroom is a separate room located off the living area with a King Size bed and luxurious cotton sheets and again has a views over the Patio.
A Rollaway bed is available to be put in the bedroom if required.

Churchill Suite is ideally situated being close to the Cove where you can swim, or if you prefer both Murrays Bay and Rothesay Bay are within an easy walk utilising part of the beautiful cliff top walkway. We are also close to Murrays Bay Yacht club with plenty of parking for a trailer. Also within an easy drive to the Millennium Centre and Albany.

Summary: Separate ground floor unit beneath owners home. Private entrance, stunning views, private garden space, comfortable bed with nice linens. Spacious lounge area, kitchen, dining room and shower room. Thoughtful touches throughout. Bron and Tref were great hosts, friendly and helpful. Washer/dryer was a bonus. Peaceful environment with lots of beautiful beaches and handy to shops and restaurants, but easy 29-30 minute drive into Auckland. Loved staying here for 3 nights!

Summary: Very comfortable and well equipped Kitchen has enough to prepare all meals. Grill was great. And the patio was very private and an oasis of vegetation. Close to more than 6 lovely beaches. Browns Bay offers a wide variety of dinmg and shopping optios. Milford and Takapuna

Summary: We loved to stay there, it was very clean, Tref was always there and gave us a lot of ideas what to do. Since we suffered a bit from Jetlag we did not talk to much. We could do some nice excursions from the appartement. Parking and shopping was very easy as well.

Summary: We spent 5 months in Bron and Tref's lovely apartment while we golfed through a Canadian winter. it was truly a home away from home and was exactly as shown on VRBO. Bron & Tref were the perfect hosts...very helpful and pleasant without being intrusive in any way. Truly a great experience.

Summary: The place was immaculate, homely, private and restful, I felt so removed from the city. The hosts were lovely, the garden and views are great. There is a lovely walk to the sea and I loved watching the Tuis in the banana trees, I could walk up them. I highly recommend this place and will be returning there again on my next trip here
