The house is next to nice beaches and 5 min walk down to Browns Bay Village where you can get everything you need and lots of cafe, bars, restaurants and a Sunday market.
The house is spacious and have two guest rooms available down the end of the house, sharing Living/Bathroom/Toilet/Decks/Garden area and a mini Kitchen with fridge, espresso machine, toaster etc. This is just outside your door and gives you a feel of privacy. Possibly to book both rooms so you can stay up to 4 people there.
The other end of the house is sharing Kitchen for cooking, Dining, table tennis, extra toilet and many outdoor spaces with a swimming pool and BBQ.
Everything is close and lots to do nearby like Bushwalking, vineyards, golfing, tennis, beaches etc.
