Positive: Good location for what we wanted, seeing family, good cycle coastal path, We visited Chy bean last year and enjoyed the location and we would still go back again, Very well equipped kitchen, lovely private garden just cows to see over the fence,

Negative: property need a bit of out side maintenance side gate need replacing as wood is rotten, as we use the side gate to take our bikes to the conservatory, Guttering leaking in the rain very noisy at night, Just things need sorting out, but the in side of the bungalow was lovely, we would still go back again,
