Positive: Cute apartment at the convenient location, close to the metro and the supermarket. Quiet area, cosy terrace.
Negative: Many steps to get to the apartment which could be a problem for someone with heavy bags, but it was fine for us.

Positive: The two rooms are spacious, light and airy.We were three women ( family) and never felt crowded. The little balcony was welcoming, an added treat. Kitchen, utensils etc. served our needs well. Ten minute easy walk from metro, nearby supermarket open twenty four hours, generally pleasant area: many condos or apartments, nice nearby park and bar/ caffe. We always felt safe in the area. It’s a Lego museum, numerous constructions on many surfaces that are very cool, but we needed to be careful not to disrupt assemblies on flat surfaces. Marco, the owner, was very informative and helpful. There is a restaurant specializing in fish very nearby, the aforementioned caffe, and numerous fast food ( not Burger King or McDonald’s) venues on the Main Street. I’m not familiar with other restaurants in the area if that’s something of interest to the reader. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
Negative: Lots of exterior stairs that might get slippery in rainy weather. No railings on exterior stairways.
Summary: We had a good time! The apartment met our needs well.

Positive: The flat is amazing for one or two people. If you like Lego you will like this flat. It has good connection to the center via metro. Its in quiet area so you can sleep well during night. Host Marco is amazing and super friendly. I can highly recommend this place!

Positive: The appartment is amazing, so creative and amuseable!! Big tv and nice balcony. Marco was very kind and can assist you with anything. His LEGO collection was very impressive and a must-see for LEGO-enthousiasts. It is only a 10 minute walk to the subway to get to Rome city-center.

Positive: I liked the apartment very much, I chose this location as it was close to my family. The apartment has all the comfort one needs for days. It is full of LEGO features, which make the apartment very colorful. The small terrace is lovely, with a beautiful climbing Bougainvillea and a view on the roofs of the neighbourhood.
Negative: To reach the apartment there are four long-ish staircases to climb! Be aware of that if you have heavy luggage!

Positive: Marco is a great host. He was always in touch and ready to help on any issue. Magnificent apartment in Lego style. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay: household appliances, beautiful dishes, beautiful furniture, a wonderful balcony with flowers. But most importantly, the apartment was filled with Lego collections. The apartment is not far from the metro. Nearby there is a large supermarket 24 hours, several restaurants, incl. McDonald's. We are very pleased with our holidays. Thanks Marco.

Positive: Cip's Brickhouse is a real gem if you are looking for a nice apartment on a quiet street away from the noise of the big city. 20 minutes by metro from Termini, 10 minutes walk. The apartment is well furnished and equipped. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, large balcony with greenery. Be ready to climb 90 steps to reach the building as it's located on the hill. Lego toys everywhere make you feel like in a real Lego shop or museum which is a quite interesting experience. Strongly recommend!!!
