Positive: We really enjoyed how comfortable the whole space was. The location was also very beautiful with a good amount of restaurants nearby. The host also had a very informative guide book for the booking as well as helpful tips for travelling in Rome. We especially liked the tea station , a very nice and sweet touch

Positive: The property was exactly as the photos. The house is very nicely and cleanly maintained. It is easily accessible by public transport and there is street parking available just outside the apartment. The house is very well furnished and all the appliances are also of very good quality and condition. The best part about this house is the host Massimo . He was very friendly , approachable and always available for any query or help. He also ensured that the house was well stocked with all essentials that a family would require when coming into a house . We were travelling with our 4 year old and he made sure to keep milk , muffins and other eatables so that we did not need to immediately go for a supply run to the supermarket(he also had kept a wine bottle for us as a welcome gift). The best part was that he was available to help if required at any time . We were checking out at 4 am and my child forgot her bag just inside the apartment complex outdoor door and we closed the door while we had already surrendered the house keys . We called him up and he offered to come to our aid even at 4 am and that too within a few minutes. Was one of our best stays in so many years of using the app in europe and definitely the best host.
Negative: Everything was brilliant. Nothing to dislike.

Positive: We had a late arrival and our host arranged the transfer from the airport and greeted us at the door for the late check-in. As it was already after midnight he also prepared muffins, bakeries and marmelade for the next day breakfast. Massimo is a very kind host who exceeded our expectations. Same as the very comfortable and spotless clean apartment. We loved the place, and the location and actually enjoyed bus rides to the centre of Rome. We will be back, definitely. Sincerely recommended.

Positive: Max and his wife were wonderful hosts. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were balconies which were perfect to have a look around. They kept stiff for us such as breakfast water and a bottle of wine which was very generous of them. He was also very helpful if we had any questions etc. I loved my stay at thier lovely house and will recommend any day. Thank you Max and Francesca
Negative: I liked everything but just to mention the property is a bit far from city however there is a direct bus which gets you from there and also a direct bus to termini. The frequency of the buses was also excellent . We never had to wait for a bus for more than 5-10 mins.
Summary: Brilliant stay and lovely hosts. Will rebook if I go to Rome again. Thank you so much.

Positive: Really enjoyed our stay here, property is very clean and much larger than we expected. Has everything you could possibly need. Massimo was also very responsive and helpful. Location is around 30-45 minutes direct to Rome Termini. There is a good bar opposite the apartment and some good places to eat close by (cheaper than central Rome)
Negative: Enjoyed everything and would stay here again.

Positive: A spacious apartment with great facilities. The host was very kind and able to accomodate to all of our needs including storing our bags prior to check in. He also pays attention to detail with little snacks and drinks available. The washing machine is very useful for those on long trip.
Negative: The apartment is a little further outside of main Rome, however there is a frequent express bus that can get you almost anywhere you need.
Summary: Had a lovely stay and would highly recommend to others.
