A gigantic 300 m2 apartment - close to everything in the middle of downtown Copenhagen - 6 bedrooms

If you're looking for a central location, this is the place to stay.
The apartment is located on Kรธbmagergade โ€“ one of Copenhagenโ€™s most iconic pedestrian streets (note: no parking allowed). From here, you can walk to all major attractions: Tivoli, Nyhavn, Amalienborg, Christianshavn, the Round Tower and more. This is downtown Copenhagen.
The apartment has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 guests (!) โ€“ but only one bathroom, so please be aware of this. ONLY 1 BATHROOM.
You enter directly into the living room, which provides access to 4 bedrooms facing Kรธbmagergade. Each of these rooms has its own door, and they are also connected in pairs with a door between them โ€“ perfect for families with children. Two additional bedrooms face the back of the building. Altogether, there are 6 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds โ€“ a total of 12 beds. The single beds can be placed together as doubles, though the mattresses are separate. One of the bedrooms also includes an extra double bed, functioning as a family room with 2 single beds and 1 double bed.

We are often very flexible with early check-in or at least luggage drop-off from 10:30 AM โ€“ depending on the departure time of the previous guest.

Summary: The apt was the rugby size and had all wet needed; however none of us ever got a 6 his night sleep due to the clubs, bars and noise from club music, drunkes or the 5:30-6 street sweepers

Summary: I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is spacious and is as described. It is centrally located and most of the major sites in Copenhagen are within walking distance. The property manager was very responsive to our requests and quick to respond.

Summary: Good location, very central, but on busy street so night time noise definitely required ear plugs. walking distance to all central sites. Flat was spacious and clean. Flat was quite basic, had what we needed.

Summary: A fabulous location, central to everything and easy to walk everywhere. There was lots of space to come together as a group for meals and drinks but enough bedrooms for us all to have some privacy as well. I thought it was on the 2nd floor but it was really on the 3rd floor because the street level was zero so carrying luggage up was more than I expected. The only real negative was the noise in the middle of the night when the bars closed. I donโ€™t think they can do much about that so bring earplugs!!

Summary: The location was wonderful. Metro, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. The hosts communicated well and were accommodating with the check in and out process. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: The flat was really well localised in town and very clean. The check in and check out were very efficient. We had all we needed in the kitchen. We spent a good time there. We just didn't like our neighbours (in the flat above us) that seem to spend good time during the night. Also, we think that the bedding can be improved with good mattress because the ones we used were very thin and uncomfortables.

Summary: This is a large apartment that gave my family of 3 generations plenty of room. There are many sites within walking distance. It is right on a pedestrian street, which made it interesting and occasionally noisy at night.

Summary: Very spacious apartment with outstanding location.. literally walk out your door and you are in the middle of everything. Round tower and great coffee shops only a few hundred yards away.. perfect home base for when some want to shop and others want to hit the pubs.. Very nice hang out area + large dining room for when you are having a night in.. Perfect spot!
