Summary: We stayed at this property for 5 nights on a recent trip to LA, primarily for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios. The apartment was very clean and felt very secure. I didn't see any foot traffic around the property when we were there, which always makes me feel more secure. All the appliances are nice and both beds (including the sofa bed with mattress topper) were comfortable. Our only minor issue with the place was that it felt very dark. I think that is due to it being a first floor property in an older facility, so there is minimal overhead lighting. Non-street parking was a huge plus.

Summary: Very comfortable accommodations; super clean; plenty of space; many thoughtful amenities; walked to Warner Bros studio tour and Whole Foods. Roku tv provided instead of cable tv. Brighter lighting would be nice. Some noise when upper unit was occupied.

Summary: This property is clean, spacious and in a great location. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area and you can literally walk one block and be at Warner Brothers Studios! The host, Kyla, is great to work with and responds to messages very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: I've stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This was in a great location and decorated beautifully. My host was very gracious and accommodating of my allergy to fragrance. I was on the go much of the time and didn't spend much time there, but the time I did was great. I highly recommend this condo!
