Summary: This was such perfect place for us during our visit. It's a very cute place in a nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The location is excellent - near studios, plenty of good restaurants and nicely situated near downtown LA and Pasadena, which are two places we visited. We also enjoyed the time we were at the house, which is very comfortable. And while we didn't use the pool, it's really nice to have access to, especially on hot days. Debbie was a really nice host, as well. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in the LA-area and highly recommend it.

Summary: This was the first time my family and I stayed in a pool house and we were pleasantly surprised. It was cozy and spacious at the same time. There was enough space for the four of us and the neighborhood was peaceful. We were looking for somewhere inexpensive and close to Universal Studios. This place was a gem and the owners were a pleasure to meet and chat with. The kids (8 & 4) had a blast at the park and I hope to visit Debbie again in the future. Thanks for the memories.

Summary: Everything was excellent. I stayed 6 days. Lovely neighborhood, quiet and well maintained. All necessary items well stocked. Clean, comfortable, host responsive. Would highly recommend and would stay again
