Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clam Lake. We were concerned about noise because the unit is located above the garage of a larger rental home but this was not an issue at all. We had a fabulous four days and found the property (inside and out) to be very well-appointed with just about everything you could need for a stay. Location was perfect and sitting on the deck by the water was incredible. Will be remembering the kids out on the kayaks at sunset for many years to come!!!

Summary: I cannot say enough about our stay here, it was perfect! They thought of all the needs for you, from foil, plastic baggies, cooking item (including an air fryer) to the lotion, shampoo, throw blankets to make your stay comfortable! We did not get to enjoy everything since we were seeing the sights in northern MI. The dock patio is great, we did use the kayaks. Tip: use the kayaks in the morning to avoid the boat waves. We had fun playing pool in the evening and seeing the deer in the fields in the morning. Also, we wish we spent more time on Torch Lake sandbar, it’s very close by. This was our first visit to MI and the house was the perfect central location for our travels! Get an extra day to enjoy everything at the house! ♥️♥️♥️

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The place was very nice, up to date, all the amenities, nice view, etc. the communication was excellent! And the boat dock was great.. so convenient. We are already planning for 2025!!

Summary: We very much enjoyed this outstanding property with a lovely view of the lake and access to a shared dock and kayaks. The weather was variable, so we appreciated the pool table as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable and the overall location was safe and quiet. In addition, we had an issue with our car as we were checking out and the property manager went above and beyond in helping us get on the road. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The property we rented worked out perfectly for our group of friends. The home was beautiful and nicely appointed. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the towels(bath & beach) to the Keurig to the shampoo/conditioner to all the available amenities!

Summary: We came to celebrate our anniversary. The house is beautiful and has everything you need! The rental is accessible by a boardwalk and a set of stairs that leads to a cute patio and a door to the unit. The place is decorated beautifully and everything you need is available. We loved playing pool and relaxing on the lower deck by the water.

Summary: Beautiful! Well-stocked, decorated tastefully, and extremely clean. We loved the kayaks, fishing poles and the large dock. The property manager was very friendly. The listing is somewhat deceiving as you are renting a “guest house” off the main house, above the garage. This is not a free-standing home like you are led to believe and for that reason, we felt it was over priced.

Summary: This home and the area are simply stated-perfect! Extremely clean, high quality construction and attention to every possible detail was made! From necessary daily supplies to baking/cooking essentials, even laundry essentials were available. High quality bed linens and towels-even beach towels were available. Kitchen drawers were perfectly stocked with clean and nice quality utensils. The laundry room even had the option for dryer wool balls, shout stain spray, to any type of accessory kitchen appliance you may need! The dock and back deck were beautiful-the bikes and kayaks, even life jackets were all clean and well kept. The Outdoor shower received many compliments by the boys staying with us! Sheila was an amazing host that helped so effectively and efficiently throughout our stay! This location was fabulous as Clam Lake was much calmer than Torch Lake-we were a nice boat ride from the SandBar and were able to enjoy the calm waters of Clam Lake with our jet ski and Pontoon rental ! Nothing but compliments from our crew!! Would not hesitate to stay again!

Summary: This property has been so thoughtfully appointed and was a perfect place for our family of 6 to spend time together. We enjoyed nearby TC, Sleeping Bear and Lake Bellaire (which you can get to through Clam Lake and Grass River). Comfortable beds, clean and stylish, and everything we might need was there. I loved that it is small, because at home we are very spread out. One of the best vacation rentals we have enjoyed.
