This 2 bedroom, 2 bed, 680 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4 and is located in Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resort. Features a full kitchen, electric fireplace, in unit laundry and private deck for stunning Lake Bellaire sunset views. Our condo is a short walk to the Summit Golf Course, Shanty Town and the Lakeview Restaurant. Staying here means you're right in the heart of Shanty Creek Resort. Resort Pool Membership included which provides access to indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs resort wide.
Our cabin includes access to:
1. The Private Beach Club with a beautiful sandy beach. This is a short drive, < 2 miles. At the Club there is a pavilion, gas grills, bathrooms, kitchen, play ground, boat dock, and lounge chairs. There is free public boat launch right next to the beach club. You can rent a Pontoon from the local Riverside Maria or paddle boards and kayaks from Peddles and Paddles in Bellaire (they deliver to the beach club). Extend your day at the beach and catch the sunset! Beach club hours are from 9:30 to dusk.
2. Resort Pool Membership included which provides access to indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs resort wide.
3. Free and safe resort shuttle that runs between properties and to downtown Bellaire. (Pickup Location at the Lakeview Hotel)
4. Short walk to the Summit Golf Course
5. Additional parking area for trailers, boats, etc.

Staying with us means you are right in the heart of Shanty Creek Resort. This means year round fun including:
1. Shanty Town which is a short 5-10 minute walk and includes restaurants and the Shanty Bar.
2. Golf at 1 of the 5 golf courses - The Legend, Cedar River, Schuss Mountain, Summit, or Hawks Eye. There is also the Chief Golf Course that is located just outside of the Shanty Creek properties.
3. Topgolf Game Suite which also includes other games and sports. This is located at Cedar River.
4. Hiking trails.
From the condo you are near many wineries and within an hour to the famous Old Mission Peninsula and Leelanau Peninsula. You'll only be 35 minutes from Turtle Creek Casino and an hour from Odawa Casino. Take a day to explore the unique towns nearby. Less than an hour away you'll find Alden, Elk Rapids, Traverse City, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. Other trips that are about 1 1/2 hours away include Mackinac Island and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The possibilities are endless!

Summary: This condo was perfect for our ski weekend. Parking located right in front of unit. The condo was super clean and has all the amenities needed for your stay including coffe pods with keurig. Communication with host was excellent. Highly rerecommend!

Summary: We loved our stay in this condo at Shanty Creek! It’s probably one of the best locations on property, with gorgeous views of Bellaire Lake, right next to the outdoor pool (which we had to ourselves one evening), and a short uphill walk to the hotel and restaurants. The condo is adorable, with Up North charm and everything you need for a great stay. It’s nice having a washer & dryer, private balcony, and Keurig with K-cups. This would even be a cozy spot for winter stays with the beautiful fireplace and comfortable living room space. We spent most days on the lakes since we were traveling with friends who brought a boat. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian restaurant on the property and the pizza and live music were wonderful! The Lakeview hotel restaurant stays open late, which we appreciated after a long day on the boat. The condo was exceptionally clean (I’m picky) and fully equipped with everything we needed for our long weekend. The hosts had great communication and check-in/out was seamless. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and we hope to be back again!

Summary: This rental had everything we needed for a week stay. The view from the deck was beautiful, kitchen well stocked and great communication from the property manager. Close to lots of outdoor activities and small towns to explore. We had a great time!
