This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is a great option for a family that is relocating to the Charlottesville area and in need of accommodations for a month or more. Also an excellent option for a peaceful, extended getaway to the Charlottesville area and countryside. Featuring a lovely outdoor pool, screened in porch, and a "get away from it all" feeling with easy access to Charlottesville, Skyline Drive and area wineries.
Clarington is tucked away on 119 acres in the Earlysville area providing ample amount of privacy. It is located about: 15 minutes to the airport and shopping centers, 25 minutes to UVA and Downtown and about 25 min to beautiful Skyline Drive. It is a fully equipped 4 bedroom home including a private pool. Lounge on the delightful screened-in porch surrounded by woodlands. The newly redecorated ground floor master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with Jacuzzi and shower. There are three more bedrooms upstairs (2 double bedrooms, and one with two twins and a bunk set) There's also a second floor full bath. Main floor features dining room, living room with flat screen and newer gourmet kitchen with everything you may need for family meals. Or take meals on the screened-in porch with seating for 11+. Wi-Fi, zoned AC, on-site laundry and a fenced-in pool complete the picture for a delightful accommodation in the country.**POOL SEASON** the pool is open for guests use May 1 - September 30th. The pool will be closed outside of those dates.

Summary: very nice property. Trash was already filled up in the garage though and we were obligated to take out someone else's trash. The temperature was pretty warm upstairs and we all had to purchase fans to stay cool. Over all a great experience.

Summary: We had a great experience at the Clarington. The owners were easy to contact and were lenient with check in times. The house was very clean and it was stocked with more stuff than I have im my own kitchen! The property is beautiful and very secluded. We were able to visit multiple wineries within a 10 minute drive. I definitely recommend this property! We had a great stay.

Summary: Group of 50 something college friends, all women, gathering for our annual reunion. The house was so clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We had some issues keeping the air conditioner adjusted but it was really hot outside! We also saw more "wildlife" than expected. The house was more in a woo ded area than we expected but we really loves the serenity. The pool was perfection. Due to Covid we hadnt been together in 2 years and Clarington was PERFECT!

Summary: Loved the pool; had a great time. The house is fairly well stocked with essentials, lots of towels and extra blankets. Very comfortable house. There were also pool floats in the garage that made our swim sessions even more fun and relaxing. My 6-year old has already asked to come back next year.

Summary: The Clarington is a charming property that is well maintain and was the perfect getaway for my family. The screened in porch and the pool were the highlights of the property. The kitchen is very well stocked and the entire place was spotless. The property seems isolated but a quick 20 min drive gets you to UVA, Charlottesville historic mall and to any amenities you need.

Summary: The house is very nice, the landscaping impressive as well. The house has everything you will need, it is very clean, spacious, with several places to relax-indoors and outdoors. It is about 20 minutes from UVa. We hope to be back.

Summary: Loved the home. The pool and the back porch were my family favorite part. Well stocked kitchen. Clean home over all. The home owner was always available and nice. The only negative is the master suite bed was a little to firm for my husband and I. Thank you to the home owners my family and I had a great time. Felt at home.
