Summary: The room was spacious and comfortable, except for two things: (1) the refrigerator.ade a horrible noise that I found not figure out for about 20 minutes, and (2) the room had an odor, most likely because of the cleaning products, but it was overwhelming at times. One small additional thing ... The AC worked for the most part, but the fan I wanted to have on all night (and kept having to change the setting to keep on) kept going off ... And the room warmed quickly. The staff was very nice, and were very accommodating.

Summary: Paid for a king bed stay with the pull out sofa bed and was downgraded to a two queen bed room. Asked to see if I would receive the difference between the two rooms back since it was cheaper and he didn’t have the answer

Summary: The computer system seems to have issues converting 3rd party bookings to in-house room assignments. I was stuck in the lobby w/ 3-4 other people for over an hour. The hot water wasn't working. House keeping needs to check the shower curtain... there was a booger stuck on it.
