Summary: Only drawback was the breakfast offerings. There was no fruit available, and no oatmeal or topping as there was in the past.

Summary: We checked in at 10:00 PM right after my brother-in-law, who has the same last name. the staff checking us in didn’t check anyone’s names and got our rooms mixed up, giving me a room with one king bed when I had four people standing right in front of her. I called the front desk before realizing that my BIL had gotten our room (he requested a king but was given two queens). So I called the front desk again to say that we figured it out and we switched rooms. Then at 11:30 PM the front desk called and woke up my entire family, to ask what room my brother in law was in. Ummm, hello??? He’s in the other room, the one that you wrongly gave me. Ridiculous. The property is very outdated. Breakfast was adequate with waffles and lots of juice, but very dry eggs. For the price it was acceptable as there are no great options in the area, but I am still miffed that the front desk gave us the wrong rooms and then woke us up after we told them that we took care of it ourselves.

Summary: The condition of the room was terrible. While the housekeeping service had done its best, the room was mildew ridden, areas of the carpet were damp and the odor dank. Other than its convenience to the highway there wasn't anything worth going back for.

Summary: The carpet through the hotel was filthy. Our carpet smelled bad. The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. My feet got dirty when I got out of the shower as evidenced by the marks left on the bathroom mat after walking around the hotel room in a towel before getting dressed in the bathroom . Yuck! So I wore my flip flops the rest of the day.

Summary: Rooms were not that clean. Outside was not clean. Our floor constantly smelled like pot. People in the next room were partying and it took me half an hour to get someone to address the situation. If it were not the only hotel in that town I would not stay there

Summary: One of our rooms wasn’t ready. We didn’t have enough towels for 4 people. They charged my card twice for one room.

Summary: Check in was a breeze, staff was very accommodating, my room was clean and bed was comfy. Housekeeping came in and replaced towels, soap, etc. quiet room. It was great for the price.

Summary: Not impressed and would never stay there again. Place is unkempt and not maintained properly. Mold in bathroom grout was a turn off. Some kind of oily substance on pool surface. Hotel is just run down and looks like a cheap hotel. Elevator floors were also dirty. No thanks again.
