Summary: The Cedar Ridge Cottage is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Guilford or the CT coast. Located close to the Guilford Green with great restaurants and shops. The Cottage is clean and comfortable. We had a few hiccups but it was taken care of by Tony. He did a great job making our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Everything was very clean. Better then I expected. Small beach nearby. But larger beach was a few minutes away by car. Over all great weekend.

Summary: Super neat spot on the CT shoreline, close to lots of indie restaurants. The house is neat, clean and organized. The check in was sent well in advance and was very straightforward. All new appliances. And, best of all, they left a box of coffee singles, which was perfect as we rolled in late and didn’t have time to go shopping ☺️.

Summary: The house was perfect for my needs. The remodel is looking great. Everything was new and clean. The sun\reading\wildlife viewing room was a bonus. Did not expect the variety of wildlife. Love the privacy and the quietness. Much different than down town New Haven. A very good experience. Would have been different if the upstairs was occupied.

Summary: This home is in a lovely location, near small beaches, and within a short drive to larger beaches. The town (central green) has much to offer as well. There are several comfy places at the house to settle in with a good book or a board game and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved the many visits from the local bunnies.

Summary: Welcomed by a spacious long driveway and blooming hydrangeas, this cottage has the feel of a tucked away escape from a busy world- My children adored the bunk beds - the wide windows in the sitting room, kitchen, living room and master bedroom gave a peaceful feeling with views of the private greenery and added to the hidden garden/relaxing aura of the space. Highly recommend Barbara Pine Beach just a short walk or 2 min drive down the road, perfect for morning shelling, afternoon rock climbing or evening swims. We also enjoyed Chaffinch Island Park (0.5 miles away) great at both high and low tide, lots of places for picnics to watch sailboats. The back porch was a favorite place for morning coffee. The views around Guildford are filled with classic Connecticut marshes, a truly gorgeous backdrop that had us talking about local wildlife and how the tides of the ocean changed it ever so slightly each time we passed. The Fresh Market & Big Y grocery stores were less than 5 minutes away; convenient compliment to make meals in the new oven and stove in the well supplied kitchen of the cottage - though restaurants in downtown also looked enticing. Our family made happy memories here - Uno before bed and dominos after the beach were made possible by the thoughtful table of games left for guests. (...And the frequent views of bunnies, butterflies and chipmunks in the garden were an added bonus!!!) Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Summary: House was really well decorated and very comfy, peaceful and quiet surroundings, nestled up on a wooded hill, we were some of the very first renters so still a few things in the process of being sorted out (bedroom, curtains, bathroom, dishwasher), but the manager is on those things. There is a tenant upstairs but quiet. Guilford is quaint and cute with stores and restaurants plus beaches/nature preserves nearby. James is a nice and communicative host. We had a relaxing stay there.
