Summary: Hotel was clean and the staff were very nice especially Chaka!! Although were charged twice for our stay Chaka made sure it was taken care of

Summary: Hotel looks amazing on the outside and looks and smells better on the inside. Staff was very helpful and check in was easy and quick. They offer adjoining since we had 8 people with us so it was just like a open 2 bedroom Airbnb lol. Pool was the right temp and because it rained earlier that day the staff let the kids stay in the pool a little longer than posted, so that was great. Breakfast was decent they have a waffle maker so kids were happy. Only knock I have are the pillows were to soft so if you don’t like deflating pillows bring your own! Definitely will book again

Summary: Just needed a quick stopover for the night and Clarion Pointe fit the bill perfectly. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a pleasant variety of offerings. Decided to stay again on our return trip.

Summary: It’s was clean and basic but bed was not comfortable just too hard. The breakfast was okay but the eggs were not good

Summary: The staff was very efficient, helpful, polite, respectful .. the hotel was very clean, perfect temperature, and bed was so comfortable. We’ve stayed in many hotels and this was one of our best experiences .. after I checked out, while loading our luggage, I spilled a gallon bucket of golf balls and the hotel clerk and 2 maintenance workers helped me pick them up. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Very comfortable bed. Only thing is it did make a little noise, so did the toliet seat. Breakfast was ok.

Summary: The room (125) had an awful odor! The odor even lingered on my clothes🙁The window sill had dust on them. The bathroom is VERY tiny. Although guests cannot be controlled, there was some door slamming through out the day and night. O, when I arrived, a group of men was on the property bbqing. There was a lot of smoke. I was NOT impressed.
