Summary: The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room appeared very nice and clean however the smell of pinesol was very overwhelming. The person at the desk in the morning was rude. She stood next to me in the breakfast room and very loudly stated "don't leave the utensils in the food" I only put them back where I found them and was offended. She came in twice while we were eating and only wiped the same table twice which nobody sat at. Weird.

Summary: We picked the Clarion pointe because of their very reasonable pet policy, as well as the good reviews here at hotels.com. We were not dissapointed. The staff was all very friendly. The hotel has recently been very nicely re-done. I We will definitely stay here agaon.

Summary: Room seemed very clean & newly renovated. Bed was comfy & had clean white bed covering. It was quiet. Breakfast served had scrambled eggs from powdered eggs were not appealing to me, real eggs would have been preferable, but everything was nicely done & staff was nice.
