Summary: I enjoyed having a house to recoup in after a procedure. It was good to be on the ground floor and have parking. It was a very safe neighborhood near a lot of restaurants. The place was very clean. I enjoyed my stay and my mom did too.

Summary: This is a very nice apartment. It is old, but has been remodeled as much as possible. The good: Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was great and the internet ran smoothly. Loved having a covered carport and washer/dryer combination. Not so good: Bathroom very small. Luckily there were only 2 of us staying there and we're not overly large people. Need a chest-of-drawer in main bedroom. Area around carport could use some cleaning. Trash was littered all over the place. Small storage shed was opened and very dirty. Washer and dryer had to be cleaned before use. Dryer lint had not been removed for a long time. Under kitchen cabinet had broken boards and needed a better place to store cleaning products. Back door could not be opened, broken glass in door and looked like it had been painted shut. In my opinion, this is a fire hazard. The reason I gave this place a 5 star is because most all the not so good things can be fixed easy!!! We would stay here again.
