1 Bedroom Apartment in Concord

1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 full-size sleeper sofa. Rollaway twin bed. Complete kitchen w/ DW, Disposal, Stove, Micro, Coffee maker, Kuerig, Blender, Fridge w/ ice maker, dishes. 2 flat screen TV's with Hulu, DVD, games, movies. Full size apartment over dbl garage w/ private entrance. Washer/dryer in garage for your use. One car garage with door opener available to renters for use. Newly renovated throughout w/ new flooring (no carpet). New countertops going in March 2021. Clean as a pin and tastefully decorated. We use organic cleaners. Essential oil diffuser and oils provided for your stay. Quiet cul de sac (no race noise) location close to Concord Mills Mall, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Zmax Dragway, MANY Great Restaurants, Downtown Concord, Gibson Mills Antique Mall, Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park, (all less than 10 min). Charlotte Downtown, Panther's Stadium, Knight's Stadium, NoDa Craft beer area, US White water rafting Center, Carowinds, Countless restaurants in the area. No cleaning fees unless you request one night (see below). No smoking/vaping, parties, or pets allowed. Please note that we have a 2 night minimum. I had to select 1 night minimum in order to be able to block dates for family and friends in the rates section. We would consider one night if you're willing to pay a $50 cleaning fee in addition to the rent. Please contact us with any questions you may have. Thanks for looking!

Summary: We were visiting family in town and found this gem close by. Super clean, all amenities one could need. Our hosts were friendly and hospitable, even left us a tasty danish treat! This will be our first choice, the next time we visit Concord.

Summary: Often the brochure looks better than reality, but this is not the case with this property. Every aspect of the apartment, location and hosts is even better than we expected. The space included a spot in the garage which came in handy on a couple of rainy days. Deana and Joe are great hosts, always available to answer questions and ready to help in any way. The apartment spacious yet cozy and is fully equipped (and everything works) We had a delightful time and highly recommend this as a convenient and inviting spot for your visit to the Charlotte area.

Summary: My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect! The location was right next to everything we could want/need, a grocery store less than 2 miles away (so convenient). The apartment was SUPER clean and had anything that was needed. The hosts were fantastic. They welcomed us in, did a quick run through of things, and was available for any questions (but none were needed). If I go to another race in Charlotte, I will be staying here again!.
