Positive: We loved our stay. So relaxing and you get everything you need. It was a gorgeous property and the spa was great.

Negative: Outdoor lighting is poor so be careful arriving at night! Also the spa kept reverting to sleep mode so if you want to heat it up you have to keep checking on it.

Positive: It was easy to get to, very convenient to our event and absolutely cosy and adorable.

Negative: I had a question about our booking and the phone service suggested I had access to an after hours number on my reservation email. I did not. Annoying but it all worked out in the end. When I finally got through, the person I spoke to was entirely helpful and resolved my dilemma. There was a lovely selection of teas and coffees but no herbal tea (how could you know my preference?!?), that's all I can offer for suggestions for improvement.
