Summary: This property served us well, being only five minutes from the Anderson University campus. The unit is an apartment in a multi-unit building, but that was not an issue. The unit could stand some minor cosmetic updates, but it is a great value for the price. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable! Victor was very responsive to our communications. I'd stay here again.
