Located in the heart of downtown Boulder, you can easily walk, ride a bike, or hop on the bus to get to Boulder's best spots within minutes. And if you have a car, our 1-car garage will keep it safe at night.
I recently renovated the entire house! Everything from the pots and pans in the modern kitchen, enormous wood deck with a natural gas grill, luxury bathrooms, to comfortable beds, & nice bedding will ensure a nice, cozy and relaxing stay.

Summary: Three of us I were in Boulder for a week for a conference at the university. This house was well stocked, comfortable and quiet. It met our needs very well.

 The back deck was great for eating meals outside. I loved the easy access to the Boulder Creek path. The walking / biking path took us to many beautiful parts of Boulder.

Summary: Our stay was very comfortable and the home was conveniently located. There was plenty of parking, it was a safe quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to all. A lovely and simple walk along the creek path, out the back gate, to Folsom Field. The home had everything we needed, it was clean and spacious. All instructions were clearly marked and easy to follow. It was absolutely perfect for a long weekend visiting Boulder and CU. Glinda was a wonderful host. She was responsive, accommodating and communicative. All the amenities and comfort you need inside and outside - thank you, Glinda! I will be booking again in the future.

Summary: Property was convenient to downtown area, clean, well stocked and perfectly suited to our group. Getting the access code to the house proved difficult as owner was not available and we logged a case with vrbo to get help. At the last minute I was able to get in touch with owner to get the code to access the house so all turned out well.
