Summary: We had a great time in Minnesota and this is a wonderful location near Mayo Clinic and set up for a larger family or multigenerational stay. We stayed for 6 weeks while my husband underwent radiation. We had 3 young children with us as well. The pros- great beds with comfortable bedding. We loved the upstairs /downstairs set up and the yard space. There are tons of tvs as mentioned in another review. They provided pack n plays as well as booster chair and even a gate when we asked if there was one for the staircase ( it is steep, my mom slipped at one point). There isn’t a ton of glass decor or breakables ( good for kids). The owners let us extend with minimal notice. The area itself is close to many things and walkable to Soldier Field . The cons- there are a few things they could improve. Cleanliness was good-not great. The dishwasher needs to be replaced , it does not actually clean the dishes. The Sun room couch is very tired and uncomfortable. The room itself is nice but needs updates ( broken screens, flooring coming up etc.) . Lastly the outdoor area looks nicer on the listing , outdoor furniture was really dirty etc.. not a huge deal but when you’re spending 8k you don’t expect to clean patio furniture. Overall though I have to say it was a good experience.

Summary: Overall, the house worked perfectly for our needs. Absolutely a perfect location to get to and from the Mayo for appointments fast and easy. It was nice to come back to a home rather than a hotel room. The sunroom was very enjoyable to relax in, watch TV, enjoy the sun, and take a nap! Then, our evenings were enjoyed inside in the living room We needed a blender and the owner was extremely responsive supplying one. We really appreciate when we rent a VRBO having a responsive owner/manager when issues arise. Would recommend to others to stay here.

Summary: Can’t beat location close to Mayo and Apache Mall, Trader Joe’s/shopping. Water was very hard, and although neighborhood isn’t nice it is completely safe. Close to running trails, I enjoyed a lovely run every morning - you can do a short loop of 2mi or a 10K loop, lots of great running choices. Home is older but totally serviceable.

Summary: Great house. Managers very responsive to any needs. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the 3 season patio. My kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. 5 minute drive to Mayo.

Summary: Wonderful sun room and deck and yard to enjoy and unwind after long days. Lovely quiet neighborhood, great location, attentive but not intrusive managers. Will return!

Summary: This house was a great fit for our family. We have three little kids and the house provided plenty of space for everyone. We loved the location, too. Close to the mall and a really easy drive to St. Mary’s. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. The kids loved to Wii bowl and playing in the sunroom. They even got to enjoy the swing set a few times when temperatures allowed! We would for sure stay here again.

Summary: Our family gathered in Rochester and we loved our stay at this property. The house was much larger than it appears, has a open floor plan and a nice basement with fireplace and large TV for kids to hang out in while parents gathered above. Perfect for our two familes to enjoy!

Summary: We have stayed in several VRBO homes. This is our #1 so far. Very comfortable, clean and well maintained home with plenty of natural sunlight. Easy walk to downtown, park, golf, restaurants, and mall. Nice, family-friendly neighborhood. Our son loved the play structure, when he wasn't at the park. The home is also located near bus route, and very easy access to hwy 52, for quick and easy travel throughout Rochester. Owners were great to work with. Oops, we can't forget to mention the comfortable bedding throughout the house!!!

Summary: This home was Awesome! Very clean and well maintained! This home is very welcoming and "homey". The owners were great to work with. They were quick to respond to questions and needs. Jon was always smiling and positive. The home lay out was perfect. The sitting areas up and down made for great relaxation. The backyard is a great oasis for young and old. Plenty of seating room and things to do. The sunroom was a Huge bonus! Great place to sit and relax by either reading a book, watching TV or just hanging out. We all loved to hear the rain on the roof. The home amenities were impressive. The sunroom, the backyard, the gas grill, the appliances and the over all basics. The location was close to shopping, restaurants, parks and the Mayo Clinic. The neighborhood was welcoming and quiet. My family and I would definetly recommend a stay at this home. You won't be disappointed.
