Negative: Only con was someone broke the laundry room door lock and a group was using the w/d nearly our entire stay so we were unable to utilize the w/d.

Positive: Itโ€™s close to all the places that we needed to go to.Its very quiet and peaceful.
Negative: The bathroom rug was dirty .No one wants to step on a dirty rug that looks like it hasnโ€™t been washed for a decade,I think you can do better on that. There was only a half used toilet paper in the bathroom and we arrived late at night to be able to buy one.The paper towel in the kitchen was also almost empty.Maybe if you could provide those 2 essentials to your guest, it will be great.
Summary: The place is beautiful .We really enjoyed the peace and quiet environment.Thanks for providing the coffee and nice pots

Positive: Very clean and neat, nicely decorated and comfortable.
Negative: Booking.com website did not list the wifi password, so I had to contact the owner, who gave it to me promptly. They stated that frequently guests have to ask because it's not easy to find with the rest of the info from Booking.com.

Positive: Perfect set up for a family of four. The location was excellent. Quiet community and walkable to downtown. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook any meal.
Negative: The HVAC system is loud but you get used to it quickly.
