Great location right in the middle of all you could want! 10 minutes from Downtown and Wrightsville Beach, 5 minutes from Mayfaire. This 1200 square foot home is my sanctuary and I hope it will be yours too. Quiet neighborhood with a great dog park nearby, well lit and very safe. This cozy home boasts a gorgeous patio and fenced in yard, please note firepit is not available for renter use.
The living room hosts a huge comfy sectional with 2 reclining seats and a 50 inch plasma tv along with a desk and chair. Please note fireplace is not available for renter use.
Kitchen is fully equipped with french door bottom freezer refrigerator, glass top double oven, dishwasher and granite sink with garbage disposal. Front loading washing machine and dryer available for your use. As a traveling sales professional I understand the need for technology and ease of use, there is a WIFI connection available and a wireless printer/scanner for your use.
Master bedroom has a King Sized bed, high quality mattress with top of the line linens and it's own private full tiled bathroom with granite countertop. There is also a ceiling mounted flat screen tv and ceiling fan for your comfort.
Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen sized platform bed, great platform bed and mattress with top of the line linens.
Guest bedroom #2 has 2 Twin sized memory foam beds with top of the line linens.
Guest bedrooms share an unattached full tiled bathroom with granite counter.

Summary: We were in Wilmington for a wedding and were also able to connect with family who had rented a beachfront house for their large crew in Topsail. Great location close to everything. Our dogs were very happy to have a fenced backyard so they didn't have to be on a leash every time they went outside!! We were pretty happy about that, too! Super clean and comfortable!

Summary: Clean, nice fenced backyard, fully equipped. Close to everything Wilmington! Home does sit on a very busy neighborhood road. Supposed to be 25 mph, but people doing anywhere between 30-40 mph. Some road noise. Did get an unexpected visitor one night at 10pm. Women in her robe with a purse rang the doorbell at 10pm. We didn’t answer the door. Was un-nerving. Saw her shortly after walking the street with 2 other women.

Summary: Spent a couple of days at the property and it was everything that we needed and was as described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and everything needed. The fenced in backyard was a great feature and our dogs enjoyed that freedom. Would definitely consider renting this home again if needed.

Summary: Visiting area for family RELO; and had a nice stay. The home was clean, offered washer dryer, a very comfy sectional where we all could sit and watch TV, and back yard for dog traveling with us. We were out of the house most of the time but location was great as it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit including downtown, Leland, Wrightsville Beach and Mayfaire. There was a slight issue with plumbing during our stay and owner was incredibly responsive during that and all other times actually; her property manager was also fantastic.

Summary: This home was exactly as promised and in a great neighborhood for walking or jogging. You do need a car but everything was close by. Jenny was helpful and quickly and kindly responded to my emails. The check-in and out process was easy. Her home fit all of our needs and we were able to explore Wilmington each day. The house was clean and Jenny had extra beach towels and chairs available if needed. It was a great place to reconnect with family and enjoy the slower pace that summer brings. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
