Summary: I stayed here for a week with my elderly parents and toddler and it was very comfortable, and felt like our home away from home. The house was clean, tidy and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and included coffee, tea, coffee pods, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. There was all the cleaning products you would need too. There was more than enough towels for our entire stay and the bedrooms had plenty of linen and blankets/doonas. A cot (which we did not use) and a high chair was provided which was great to have. A separate little office desk and lamp was super handy to set up my laptop for work. Excellent location too, within walking distance to Greenwood Train Station and a United Petroleum convenience store. We had a little issue with Netflix but the owner was incredibly responsive to my messages and the issue was sorted in no time. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Summary: The property was perfect for us, we had 2 couples traveling together. The property is in a quiet area, but within easy walk of nearby railway station and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which provided a quiet sanctuary after each busy day of sightseeing. When we had cause to contact the host, she quickly responded, nothing was to much trouble.

Summary: We’ve just returned from a 6 week stay at Clovers Beach Cottage whilst we met our Australian grandkids for the first time. They lived less than 5mins drive from the cottage so it was a perfect location. Check in was super simple. Host Kathy had kept in touch making sure we knew everything for an easy check in via lockbox. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice quiet neighbourhood, the neighbours were very friendly and courteous. Main shopping centres, restaurants, swing parks and beaches were all within 15/20mins drive. The property and gardens are maintained to a very high standard. All the rooms were just like the pictures, so no nasty surprises. Nicely, neutrally decorated throughout with high quality fittings . Large open plan lounge dining kitchen area was perfect for family gatherings. The two air conditioning units in this space kept us cool through the prolonged heatwave. Large comfortable bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Beds were dressed in fresh, clean, high quality cotton bedding and plenty of plump pillows. Kathy and Paul were such lovely warm, approachable hosts. They were very professional, organised and passionate about ensuring we had a great experience. We’ll be coming back to Perth for many years to come, and Clovers Beach Cottage will always be our first property search. Summary: The booking process was very easy and website very clear and accurate. My wife and elderly mother in law just had a 4 week stay here from the UK. We had a fantastic stay the property was very clean, warm and comfortable. It Was also in a great location for easy access to get out and about and nearest shops. We managed to get to Jurien Bay and the Pinnacles which was amazing, Freemantle, Whale watching trip, Cricket at the new stadium, Caversham wildlife park and so many more places. Summary: We are a retired couple and booked this rental in order to visit family in Perth. The house was perfect for these purposes - the house itself is warm, comfortable and pleasant, the kitchen very well-equipped, the neighbourhood quiet and pretty.

Summary: This house is really a home away from home - it has everything you need and is very cosy, comfortable, clean and for me, conveniently located near my own home which was being renovated. My dogs were very welcome and safe in the backyard. I truly wish I could have stayed longer (I did try!).
