We have made our place cozy, comfortable and new but always invest in new furniture and updates. That is why I have so many 5 star reviews. If you have a question and are unsure about booking just email us the owners and we will answer any concerns you might have. We have had NO damage from hurricanes-no flooding on our property. And not in flood zone-though 5 min drive to beach door to door. The area is perfect whether you are a couple or two couples or a family of 4. There is so much to do, places to see, and many beaches nearby.

TWO master bdrms on opposite ends of condo for privacy, heated pool, hottub, gorgeous surroundings, with lakes, palms, fountains! Isla is the best place to stay in the St. Pete Gulf area! Owner is always adding more! You keep renting-we keep perfecting! Read on! All top materials! Glass/Granite top, seaglass tile! Bed linens are replaced often-yes that includes sheets and mattress pads and new comforters bought each year-many extra supplied and available for our guests. Towels constantly replenished as well. Out with the old and in with the new so you always have a refreshing experience! Areas rugs and ulpholstery professionally cleaned throughout each year. This is a must for my guests. And yes weekly and monthly rates are discounted from nightly rates ! We are seeking Jan/Feb longer term renters, perhaps March as well.

Our place is perfect for 'snowbirds' wanting a place with all the comforts of home, or those who need a place to stay on an interim basis i.e. relocators, College drop-offs or visits or vacationers who want more than a hotel room that has nothing to offer but a noisy, overcrowded pool and overpriced for a tiny room. Are you visiting friends or family? Or need a place to stay and attending a wedding? Well, we can accommodate you. Your getting a house per se with everything in it! Both short-term and long-term renters welcome! This 2 bedroom 1140 sq, ft. unit has a beautiful KING size sleigh bed in master with a huge master bath. The master bath offers quartz countertops, double sinks, plenty of storage, NEW over-sized shower with fresh new linens & soft quality towels. The spacious and sunny guestroom has a queen bed with gorgeous built-ins, shiplap wall, corner desk for working remotely, new carpet/vinyl flooring and crown molding, with a slight view of the gulf/bay! Not to mention, an en-suite bathroom with over-sized large gorgeous shower. **(re-done -wait to you see it!) You would think there are two master bedrooms in this unit! With this set-up, this makes an ideal place for two couples to enjoy separate private quarters! Or the kids on the opposite end of the condo. No side by side bedrooms in this unit! Again, a very unique feature and a must for privacy when there are more than 2 of you!
There are THREE exceptional TV's in this unit with a DVD player in each room for your entertainment. Guest room TV is new! The living room has modern blue sofas with a pull out queen bed for extra guests. Enjoy WI-FI, a 55 in. FLAT SCREEN OLED surround sound TV,cable, CD player, blu-ray and complete stereo for your entertainment. Movies too! Just added NETFLIX and more channels! Glass contemporary dining table set/gorgeous blue chairs and matching counter breakfast bar stools overlooking the kitchen. Plenty of seating. Linens, small appliances, cooking utensils all included. Relaxing balcony with balcony height outdoor set overlooking pond and golf course. We didn't forget a thing! This place is the cleanest you'll find! And we intend on keeping it clean, comfortable and updated just like your own home. We go the extra mile and replace often and In between have our upholstery and carpeting professionally cleaned twice a year. If you would like an extra cleaning service during your long stay, we can arrange that with a fee. New Hot Water Heater so you can be assured that everything mechanical is new and working great with no emergency calls to interrupt your stay! We vacation here too so we want the best like you do! We have a private cleaning person to ensure everything is perfect for your stay.
Outside, sit back and lounge at our shared kidney shaped pool, with covered hottub and poolhouse. Poolhouse has restrooms so no need to go back to the unit. Safe & comfortable-24 hr. Security on premises. Isla is a wonderful place for morning walks with ponds and palms and sidewalks & breezes all over-very relaxing. There are walking trails throughout the 300 acre plus property. This unit's parking space is directly in front of our condo for your convenience, with guest spots marked in yellow.
Fantastic location- street closest to the bridge to beach/ocean. The sparkling, dolphin filled water is steps away from the front door with view of the Bayway bridge & Don Cesar Hotel, barely a few minutes to St. Pete Beach, close to 275, 90 minutes to Disney, minutes to Fort De Soto, Pass-a-Grille, museums, parks, Downtown, The Pier, Stadiums, fishing, boating, jet-skiing, Sand-key Clearwater, restaurants galore and more! Sit by the pool or on the balcony and enjoy the Florida sun or everything Isla has to offer! For the days at the beach, use our beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, coolers, noodles, we store on-site for our guest to take to the beach along with an umbrella if needed.
