Welcome to atlantisofthedesert.com this absolutely gorgeous aproximately 2,300 square foot home that features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a private den/4th bedroom with a brand new queen size leather sleeper sofa.
This home is located behind the gates of a very quiet and safe community conveniently located near all major shopping and restaurants as well as freeway close.
The home features a master bedroom with king size bed and sliding glass doors that open up to a beautiful and stunning back yard. The master bedroom also features an extra large walk in closet and master bathroom with shower and separate tub. The two additional guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the house offer brand new queen beds along with all new bedroom furniture.
The lush private backyard is great for lounging in or around the pool or having a BBQ. There are several varieties of palm trees throughout the property. The pool and spa are state of the art salt-water pebble tech and this pool actually stretches an amazing 50 plus ft. in length and 26 plus ft. wide with a huge spa. The pool also boasts an absolutely amazing swim up bar under a large waterfall with 5 in-pool seats which are very comfortably spaced out as seen in the pictures. There are also 4 other smaller waterfalls along the rock wall running along the length of the pool. You will also enjoy the three 32” LCD flat screen TV's which can be easily viewed either from the in pool bar or inside the outdoor kitchen. The custom pool and spa are adjacent to the outdoor kitchen which contains a state of the art professional Alfresco brand 42' BBQ /w light, Alfresco bartender sink, Alfresco dual gas burners, outside mini refrigerator and food warming bins. You’ll also find (4) captain (Swivel) chairs with very thick comfortable padding. The upper patio also has all brand new patio furniture which includes a porcelain dining table which seats 6 plus a small cocktail table /w 2 additional chairs and 4 lounge chairs /w 2 drink tables for laying out by the pool.
*OPTIONAL $65/PER DAY POOL HEATING FEE OCTOBER-MAY/JUNE WITH A $150 POOL PRE HEATING FEE/ WE CHARGE THE ACTUAL GAS USAGE COSTS DURUNG THE WINTER MONTHS AS WEATHER CAN VARY.
**We do have outdoor security cameras @ front door, garage and inside garage.

Summary: This is a beautiful property with amazing grounds in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool, spa, swim-up bar, outdoor kitchen and fire pit were all great. We enjoyed spending time cooking in both the outdoor space and in the indoor space. All in all this is the perfect place to spend time away and I highly recommend it.

Summary: My sister, my pups and I, had a wonderful time. My overall experience was amazing. The property owners met me at the property, they were so kind. Genuinely, good people. The technology of the house was a bit intimidating, but the property owners gave me a detailed orientation., and there were written instructions. They were always available. The pool, the outdoor kitchen and fire pit we used every day. The scenery was gorgeous. It was a true oasis. I would definitely come back. This property has something for everyone. I encourage you all to check this property out. It is well worth the price

Summary: What a beautiful property! This house has it all inside and out. The house was clean, fully stock, and beautiful. The outside pool and swim-up bar/entertainment area are amazing. Summary: Our family really enjoyed this property and amenities it was perfect for us and we also got to bring our dog which was a plus. Everything was very easy for us and our vacation was very restful and awesome, the centerpiece for sure is the outdoor pool and outdoor kitchen area which we used extensively and absolutely fell in love with and we are definitely going to want to come back to this property again and again.

Summary: We had the absolute best time EVER staying here!! There are so many options for rental houses in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area and we used to float around to whatever was available for the dates we wanted. Now, we are checking what dates this house is available to be sure we always stay here!! The house is really nice, comfy beds, nice kitchen and living room. The pool is the main draw! We loved eating our meals at the pool swim up bar! Feels like a super fancy resort!! My hubby grilled while I sipped a cocktail at the pool bar and the kids splashed in the pool. Then we’d all watch a movie “dive in” style while we ate! The house is well stocked and had everything we needed. This will now be our go-to house for all desert trips! Brian the owner was fabulous and quick to respond to anything we needed. He truly cares to make sure everything is perfect for your stay!
