Please read carefully the following House Rules and Good Neighbor policies by Riverside County. By booking a reservation, you agree to the following conditions:
1) Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am daily. No outside amplified noise 24/7. Any music played must be inside and inaudible at the property line.
2) Must park on driveway or directly in front of the property
3) No smoking and no pets please
4) Spa heating is included. Please use responsibly and turn off spa immediately after use. Pool heating is NOT included and requires an additional fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time if you'd like to heat the pool.
5) Swim at your own risk. Pool goes from 3 ft on the shallow end to 7 ft on the deep end. No lifeguard on duty. No glass by the pool. No eating in the pool. No running or diving.
6) Turn off outdoor gas grill immediately after use.
7) Guest is responsible for cleaning all dishes and putting them away before checkout.
8) Guest is responsible for taking out the trash. Trash bin and recycling bin are located on the side of the house.
9) Owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay.
10) Guest shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
11) Utilities are included for reasonable normal use only.

Summary: Great house for our annual girls trip! A few things that may need to be considered are offering more plastic cup options since there is no glass allowed near the pool, more portable fans since it can get very hot in the summer and the AC only went down to 73. I would highly suggest investing in a new couch the current one in the living room is not very comfortable and not enough room for all 7 of us to hang out on. We had to buy a can opener since there was none, but pretty much had everything else we needed.Location is good in La Quita, and the pool area and layout of the house was great for us (lots of bathrooms!).

Summary: Great location, close to shops, restaurants and golf. Property was as advertised. Very comfortable home. Quiet neighborhood. Property owner/manager was very accommodating. Stayed there for over a week and really enjoyed the home. Didn't find the "welcome" book until the day we were leaving -- I recommend you read it as soon as you arrive -- would have been very helpful for hot tub and tv information. Was only second time using a vrbo and I am so pleased with this experience that I will continue. Can't say enough positive things about this property!

Summary: Sophie's house was clean, well maintained and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. The beds and sofas were comfortable. It's also close to Indian Wells Tennis, a little over 3 miles away, for those of us that enjoy the annual BNP Paribas Open. Communication with Sophie was extremely easy as we used text messaging rather than through the less convenient VRBO app. She was very responsive to messages, which was great. She provided plenty of towels and toilet paper, which was much appreciated. It was a very enjoyable stay and we would stay there again.

Summary: This was our second stay at this lovely home and we enjoyed it just as much as our first - maybe even more! It is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything needed for a fun-filled and comfortable stay. Sophie is an amazing host and responded to communications in a very timely manner. Which was greatly appreciated especially when I was having difficulty accessing the check-in information when we arrived! If you're looking for a lovely house with plenty of room inside and out for a relaxing vacation - this is the place!
