Enjoy a quiet relaxing stay in our updated coastal home. This property has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, a sunroom, and a fully fenced in private yard for your dog(s). It is the main house and has a mother in law suite attached that is occupied annually. Close to many beaches including a Dog Beach, the legacy trail for biking/walking, great fishing at the northJetty as well as Sharky’s pier! Also checkout events at the Braves stadium or Fox Lea Farm while you’re in town. There are great restaurants close by as well as breweries. There is on site laundry, an outside seating area and a hammock for relaxing. A portable bath tub for small children is provided as well as a pack and play. There is an audio/video camera on the front of the home facing the roadway for security purposes. Please do not move or cover the camera. Please enter through the front door(keyless entry) on the left side of the home. The in law suite is on the right side and is separate from the main house, and is occupied. Pet fee of $150 if applicable.

Summary: We had a quick trip to see family and stayed at this gem! The home was well equipped for what we needed and was very clean! The property owner was accessible and prompt with check in/out info. We did not have any issues at the home or with the directions provided. When in town, we will look to see if we can stay again! Summary: This is a great little house. Very updated and clean. Communication with manager was excellent. Had a minor issue and they were able to correct very promptly. We will be staying there again.

Summary: My wife and I were very honored to be the first guests in this New VRBO home and we were not disappointed! We stepped into a charming and well decorated home with very nice updates throughout. Kelli was top notch in communication and always checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the 6ft fenced back yard for our dog, the well stocked kitchen and a queen size bed that came with an adjustable head and foot board for a pleasant night's sleep! The location was ideal and minutes away from great restaurants, dog beach, pier, shopping on Venice Avenue and much more. Kelli had a book with local merchants and activities and we took her advice on 3 of the restaurants she mentioned. We truly will be back and this is a Must-Stay Home with a great price! We could of easily stayed here for a month but only had time for 3 nights. You will not be disappointed with Kelli's awesome home! Thank you Kelli and we wish you many bookings!
