Summary: Staff was very nice and respectful. Breakfast was good and hot. The parking was easy and quite accessible.

Summary: Staff were very pleasant, accomodating any requests we had. Loved the room darkening curtains, especially with the bright security lighting right above our windows. No problems with the TV, in-room jacuzzi, or fireplace in the roomy K-suite. Only complaint would be the overstuffed bed pillows that were uncomfortable as they did not conform to your head or neck.

Summary: No problem with parking. Having coffee, hot cider, hot chocolate and tea packets in lobby were very welcoming. Lobby area was spacious and comfortable. Room was clean, bed was softer than most hotel beds, did not wake up with sore back

Summary: King Suite had plenty of room was very clean and both in room jetted tub and shower had ample hot water and pressure. Towels were soft and absorbent and in shower toiletries were nice. Breakfast had waffle griddle (yum!) and egg / meat options each day. Pool looked nice as well. Staffers were very welcoming. Try it, you’ll like it!
