Positive: Owner was very nice. Very proud of her place. She provided everything you need and more. Lots of snacks available like candy and sodas. Lots of continental breakfast items.
Negative: I missed the โ€œsharedโ€ bathroom part when I booked. There was only one bathroom in the whole house and it was downstairs. Tough in the middle of the night for us. I would have loved a hot breakfast.
Summary: If you like old houses and donโ€™t mind sharing one bathroom in the house, then youโ€™ll love this place.

Positive: Our stay at Cathyโ€™s was beyond expectations! The Landerholm is on a quiet street, with a welcoming porch to enjoy morning coffee or to set the sun after a busy day. Speaking of coffee, we can truly say that Cathyโ€™s is the best weโ€™ve ever had. She uses three different blends to create the perfect cup. Along with the coffee, we enjoyed artisan bread, fresh picked cantaloupe from her garden, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, and a huge assortment of sweet rolls. Our room was so comfortable, and equipped with a mini fridge, computer, printer, and best of all, our own private cookie and candy jars! We traveled with our dog, who loved Cathyโ€™s spacious backyard, huge assortment of dog toys, and even special homemade treats. Cathy offers boarding, so we could enjoy our days in Wisconsin Rapids knowing Willow was happy and safe. Cathy was a wonderful host, completely spoiling us during our stay. We look forward to our next visit at the Landerholm.

Positive: It was in a very quiet location easy to get to. Cathy the owner was extremely welcoming and gave me a tour showing all the different spots I could enjoy. I loved the wrap around porch and the common areas. My room was cozy and comfortable. Cathy was a great host.
Negative: Nothing I didnโ€™t like.

Positive: Cathy was so friendly. Very welcoming. Quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for my stay. Everything was close. Breakfast selection was so vast. It would be impossible to to not find something your liked. Fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, cereal variety of breads, bagels, muffins and croissants. Bed was SUPER comfortable. A/C was great. The decor is vintage and charming. Your welcome anywhere in the home. Lovely porch with wicker sofa or swing. Just Wonderful.
Negative: Not a thing.
Summary: I go to Wisconsin Rapids every year for Family Reunion. This will be my place for years to come.

Positive: Cathy was a very gracious host. My granddaughter and I felt like we were with family. The cute little fur babies were a delightful bonus. The breakfast in the morning was more than adequate, and sitting on the front porch swing with my coffee was relaxing.
Negative: I didn't realize there was only one bathroom, and that it was downstairs, and the bedrooms upstairs.

Positive: Cathy greeted us with open arms like a family member excited to see our arrival. Cathy not only showed her home, she made my husband and I feel comfortable. She allowed my brother and sister to visit us as we sat on the swing on the porch in the quiet neighborhood. We also sat with Cathy to watch TV with her and had good conversation. Thanks for the gluten-free option, variety of beverages and snacks. The bed was cozy and the bathroom had all the amenities, including slippers! I will definitely stay again.Conclusion: hospitable, clean, comfortable, quiet location, reasonably price.
