Positive: I thought the managers were fabulous- very warm, friendly and welcoming; they definitely went the extra mile! The room was well equipped, fresh and spacious and we certainly enjoyed the facilities

Positive: The complex was in a great location. Walking distance to the river, cafes and restaurants. The unit was well equipped with off street parking. It had its own private outdoor area to sit and enjoy the greenery over a cuppa. Very quiet at the end of the main street. The staff were lovely to talk to. I arrived at night and they turned on the inside lights for me and arranged for the entrance to be unlocked and left the keys inside. Very helpful.. The outdoor pool area was just lovely.
Negative: There's nothing I didn't like

Positive: Super friendly owners who couldn't do enough for you. Gave great advice on local sights and tours and things to do. The apartment itself was really spacious and comfy, had the best sleep we have had so far in australia. Great place to stay and great prices. Parking right at the apartment you are assigned.

Positive: Beautiful gardens. Quiet, comfortable, relaxing resort. Friendly, accommodating staff/owners. Large apartment with everything you could possibly need. The pool and spa were heated - an unexpected bonus in winter.
Negative: Maybe a rug on the living room tiles would’ve been nice? But only because I stayed in winter. Definitely wouldn’t be needed for warmer weather.
