Positive: Nice villa in Kubutambahan. Second time staying at this villa. Good size room, Bathroom good size . Hot water, good shower.aircon good. Kitchen outside room with fridge. Good size swimming pool. Breakfast in morning was nice. Very quiet.

Positive: The property is excellent and the owner (Miko) and staff(Kadek) were very helpful and friendly. They helped us out with all our requirements and we felt really welcomed.

Negative: The only negative was that the property was a little far from most places. However, if you looking for a quiet getaway, this is the perfect place.

Positive: Private villa experience behind high walls, nice pool with water fountain. Each airconditioned bedroom has large, teak 4 poster beds with a firm and very comfortable mattress. Kitchenette has all the necessary basic equipment, supplemented by an excellent butler service.

Negative: Living area has everything you need, but is a bit basic. The property is surrounded by secondary jungle plus a small farm just across a stream, so the sounds, smells and creatures from both these can be apparent, depending on how much rain is about. Lastly, the dine-in food orders were a bit limited with only entry-level quality... but at least freshly cooked and delivered to your villa. If looking for dining out alternatives, don't bother with the (not related) Mermaid Museum restaurant nearby, its food is overpriced and disappointing.

Summary: Private villa experience with nice pool, bale and large, comfortable beds.
