When you set foot in this house, you’ll know you made the right choice. The entire home is styled in mid-century modern vogue with 2021 amenities & upscale interior decor. With adventure outside your door, his home has it all!
The natural texture of the vaulted wooden ceilings in the living room perfectly compliment the stone-enclosed gas fireplace & stylish leather sofa. The sight of the railed staircases leading to the lower & upper levels make you feel like you are in a modern, deluxe treehouse among the pines.
Recently renovated, the kitchen is refined, yet welcoming, with white marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, & stylish sage green cabinets. There are 4 leather bar chairs at the kitchen counter. The wooden dining table is steps away from the kitchen w/ 6 high-back chairs. It sits beneath a rustic wagon wheel chandelier.
The downstairs bonus family room has a foosball table and TV w/ Streaming. It opens up to the back deck, featuring a gas BBQ, outdoor dining table for 5, lounge chairs for two, and pine filtered view of the mountains that never gets old.
The Primary bedroom is downstairs with a king bed. It is attached to the downstairs bathroom, recently remodeled with a walk-in shower, dual sinks & dry sauna. BD 2 upstairs has a king bed and is attached to the second bathroom, which has also been recently remodeled to include a shower/tub combo & dual sinks. Bedroom 3 is great for the kids. It has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds & 1 full-over-full bunk bed.
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Everything was clean and, even though there wasn't air conditioning, the house stayed comfortably cool during the day. And there were no mosquitoes! I'd definitely stay here again.
