Positive: From entering the hotel, the staff were awsome, couldn't do enough for us , 100percent would recommend this hotel, home from home, ❤️ definitely try the restaurant, beautiful meals 😋

Negative: There wasn't any negative side too our stay .. Loved the place and the people.

Positive: Nice location, clean comfy bed and great fry up on the first morning

Negative: The room had some peculiar smells, the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved. The water temperature was bizarre. Both taps giving out warm or hot water, trying to have a cool shower was almost impossible, the water came out scalding hot and getting a cool drink of water was also a challenge.

Negative: Waited too long for evening meal. 1hr 10 min to receive fish and chips. Another evening 45 min for 1 soup and 1 pasta dish. Didn't eat there again.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent 👍 Sunday roast was also excellent! As the new landlord and chef had only moved in 2 days previous to our visit , they did all they could x The customers at the bar were very friendly x Also the bus stop was outside the pub to take us into Stratford upon Avon 👍

Negative: 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Having to go home ! X
