Positive: The tropical plants in the backyard makes it very nice for setting around for an afternoon drink or reading a book. Also, apparently one of the neighbors is a blues musician and we enjoyed some of their music over a weekend.
Negative: The couch in the kitchen should be replaced, it is really old and lumpy. When we got there the garage door was not locked. The bedroom in the back is very dark and the light was flickering. Also, did not like waking up with one of the neighbor's dogs barking for about half an hour every morning around 7 am.

Negative: Property was nice, not overly clean when we arrived still bread crumbs on the choppingboards and ants everywhere!. Towels were damp all of the doors were unlocked. Shower in the onsuite didn't work properly and we couldn't turn the water off. There was also an infection of ants in the kitchen that prevented us from using the kitchen. When I contacted the agent they didn't respond well, no one came to sort the situation out. When I complained for a second time still no response a week later. I have asked vacasa to respond before leaving a review but a week on still no reply. Very disappointing
