Summary: Enio is a very gracious host I had only a couple of problems during my stay. The hot water went out and a air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Both issues were corrected the next day. Other than that my stay was wonderful!!! The location is great a very short walk to the beach and grocery stores and all other types of shopping and restaurants are close by. Fantastic place. I would say horrible so would be the only person interested and try to have the place to myself. But everyone should experience this place.

Summary: The apartment is one block from Copacabana beach and a short walking distance to Ipanema beach. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Enio and his wife are very friendly and helpful.

Summary: It was the second occasion to spent 2 weeks in this flat! I was pleased very much both the location of the flat and the helpful assistance of the landlord! The house is safety and silent and suitable for bigger company, too!
