Summary: Our stay was just ok. Room wasn’t super clean. Breakfast was just meh, front desk person wasn’t really available she was somewhere in the back.

Summary: Comfortable. Convenient to the Cuyahoga Valley Natl Park. Friendly, professional staff. Hall carpets could use a good vacuuming, otherwise clean. Nice to have a hot breakfast.

Summary: Our room door was unable to lock.. when we arrived we pushed the door open and did not use the keycard to enter.. no one was at the desk. The girl left at 10pm. But we put the safety lock on when we entered. Room 214

Summary: The breakfast was cold and horrible. Cold powdered eggs. The waffle dispenser took 10 to 15 minutes. Would not stay here again.

Summary: My stay was ok. The hotel is very run down. There was an unusual odor around the hotel. I think this hotel needs a makeover.

Summary: The room was drab, The towels were stained and had holes in them. The breakfast was very sparse. No one was refilling and it was just very bleak. Not a good experience at all.

Summary: Very efficient check in. Nice hot breakfast. Spacious. Great TV and cable. Needs repair - cracks and mold in shower, toilet sitting on spacer, mattress old and soft.

Summary: The elevator did not seem safe. We only took it one time and then used the stairs. Some doors needed maintenance as well. The woman who checked us in was super nice.

Summary: Room worked for me just needed a place to sleep but could use a good cleaning especially the bathroom. Had to keep the constant fan on AC to be able to sleep could here people talking upstairs and someone kept going in and out of their room a dozen times slamming the door every time. But for the price and the short time I was there it worked.

Summary: I have stayed here before but this time on the first floor. The room was so musty smelling and the floor was damp. We changed rooms and it was only a little better. The breakfast was barely mediocre. The rooms were not cleaned well. Really disappointed. Will not stay here again.
