Summary: Traveled to officiate a funeral. The hotel was ran down on the outside, bit clean and nice on the inside, other then the elevator. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall a great experience here!

Summary: Stayed in Comfort inn and suites before and was very satisfied. This one, not so much. Mold growing in the cracks of the shower stall, poor water pressure in the shower, TV guide didn't match the actual channels, and the elevator broke down, meaning I had to walk down from 3rd floor to breakfast area, and then back up (I have COPD) which was not good.

Summary: Check-in was not as expected but wasn't hotels fault, room was okay, most services were good but the elevator was problem as I have a breathing condition and was on the 4th floor.

Summary: The room was fine as a place to crash for the night. We paid a little extra for the hot tub room, but upon seeing the hot tub, I was not interested in getting in. The bottom of the tub looked cracked, like you would scratch yourself on it. It also seemed like the original outer panels of the hot tub had been replaced? Our room was ok, but not in great shape- sagging ceiling tiles, patched holes in the walls that hadn't been painted over, tooth paste splattered on the bathroom mirror, etc. The whole hotel definitely had a musty smell as well. Not terrible, but I honestly wish we would've just spent a little extra and stayed somewhere nicer.

Summary: Service was great but the lack of upkeep is catching up. The halls smelled like complete cigarette even though it is non smoking.

Summary: Wall plug near bed is faulty and kept flickering. Annoying but we did let front desk know for future safety. All employees were kind and gracious. Room was well taken care of and clean.

Summary: The hotel was close to where I needed to be at a decent price. The morning breakfast buffet was limited but the food was hot and the woman who prepared breakfast station could not have been any nicer. Overall, i would stay at this location if and when I get back to this area.

Summary: Staff was friendly, accommodating & courteous. Hotel needs some serious TLC. Back of property was littered with empty bottles and such. Interior elevator control & indicator lights not working
