Positive: Generally clean and presentable. Hallway Carpets seemed new-ish. AC, hot water functioning properly. Limiter on tele volume a GOOD idea. I'm slightly selective about interior lighting ( I prefer LOW/ reflected amber warm levels) so...I had to work at achieving my light quality/ level comfort. Hard flooring a good idea vs icky carpet. On the morning of my departure - I noticed that someone ( guest? or a contractor?) had spilled some sort of white paint, on the the landing immediately outside the 'side' extwrior exit door - and then continued to drip said paint as they walked away, toward the parking lot. Visually offensive ground plane blemish - which i brought to the attention of the receptionist, as I turned in my key. I will likely consider staying at a comfort inn, again, in the future.
Negative: I guess dirt bag guests are , historically, in the habit of ripping bathroom towel racks...from the bathroom's wall? No towel rack? Not much framed 'art' on my room's ( or the hotel's common area) walls.
Summary: I'll consult the $ price of the local comfort inn, when I'm next booking a hotel room. Good job!

Positive: The staff at the front desk the night of 3/8/25 was extremely helpful in assisting me with booking my room. She remembered my name when I checked in and was very pleasant. The staff at the front desk in the morning was very busy with breakfast, but she took the time to greet the guests and make sure everyone had what they needed. People make the difference! The other guests were also very nice.
Negative: Everything was good. Always want a lower price, but good price for the accommodations.
Summary: Very nice. Will definitely stay there again.

Positive: Comfortable bed and very clean. Hot shower and very good breakfast. Easy access to the highway and close to Fernadina Beach and Amelia Island.
Negative: Pool was closed. Staff was very confrontational with my husband as we were leaving. I had definitely indicated when I made the reservation under special requests that we were traveling with a pet. On departure we were basically accused of withholding that info! I was quite annoyed with the snotty attitudes...and think it could have been handled with much better grace! And yes...I do pay for my pet when indicated!

Positive: Everything was really clean, the staff was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, kind, and helpful. I really enjoyed staying there.
Negative: You had 4 different places people could smoke, but only one bench. You have a balcony where people can smoke, but no place to sit or dispose of the cigarette.
